Broadcast Dataset Copy Utilities

BDMDUMP, BDMREST, BDMEXPND - Dump all records
of a Broadcast Dataset to a Fixed-blocked LRECL=130
backup file. Then allocate and restore a new Broadcast
Dataset from these records of the old Broadcast
Dataset, to any DASD device of the same, or different,
geometry.

BDMEXPND will expand the new Broadcast Dataset
to any allocation size that is the same, or bigger, than
the original Broadcast Dataset. BDMEXPND adds new
blank User Message records to fill the extra space. But
BDMREST will only restore a Broadcast Dataset to the
original number of records.
